I love this sentence and attitude.

…ligence to your identity, you’ll have a need to hide your deficiencies to prove you’re good enough. When you attach your identity to the effort you put in, you’ll seek new challenges and opportunities to learn. You’ll see mistakes and failures as springboards to improvement rather than defining who you are.
